  • For confirmed bookings: traveller names, dates of birth, gender, address, and government-issued identity or passport details where required by hotels, airlines, or visa authorities.
  • Any health, dietary or accessibility information you choose to share so we can arrange suitable services.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit, collected through standard web-server logs and any analytics tools we use.
  • Cookies used to keep the site working correctly and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may then behave differently.

Payment information

We do not collect or store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or bank account details on our servers. Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount and the payment status.

  • Travel service providers — hotels, airlines, transport operators, houseboat and cruise operators, local agents and guides — to deliver the services you have booked.
  • Visa and immigration authorities, where a visa or permit is being arranged.
  • Payment gateways and banks, to process payments and refunds.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and government authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes.

4. International transfers

If you book an international package, your details will be shared with suppliers located outside India for the sole purpose of delivering those services. Such transfers are limited to what is necessary for your booking.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Booking, invoice and payment records are retained for as long as required under Indian tax and company law, typically eight years. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricted access, secure transmission over HTTPS, and use of reputable third-party providers for payments.
